Questions about buying
Is Pro really a one-off payment?
Yes. You pay once and the licence does not expire. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and no card is kept on file for a later charge.
How many computers can I use it on?
Two. That covers a studio machine and a laptop you take to gigs. If you need more, get in touch and we will sort it out.
What happens if I get a new computer?
Deactivate the old one in the app and activate the new one with the same key. If the old machine is gone or broken and you cannot deactivate it, contact us and we will free up the slot.
Do I need to be online?
Only occasionally. Pro checks in with the licence server to confirm it is still valid, and then keeps working for weeks without a connection. A network failure never downgrades you; only the server explicitly saying a key is dead will do that.
What if it does not do what I need?
Try the free features first, on your own library, for as long as you like. They will tell you whether the app understands how your music is organised before you spend anything. If Pro is not right for you after buying, let us know.
Do you store my card details?
No. Payment is handled by Stripe and card details never reach our servers. See the privacy policy for what we do keep.
