What if I lose my key?
It is in the email you get at purchase. If that is gone, contact us with the email you paid with.
Do I need internet to use Pro?
Only occasionally. The app checks in now and then and keeps working offline for weeks between checks, so a gig with no signal is not a problem.
Does it work with the newest Serato?
Yes. It handles all three of the ways Serato has stored libraries, and refuses to write to a version it has not been verified against.
